Welcome to www.marawacinnamon.com, owned and operated by Kaspre (Private) Limited (“Marawa,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using this website and placing orders, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website.
1. Products & Pricing
All products are subject to availability.
Prices exclude Sri Lankan GST/VAT where applicable and are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to adjust prices or correct errors without prior notice.
For international orders, taxes, import duties, and customs fees may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.
2. Order Process
1. Place your order by contacting us through our website, Instagram, WhatsApp, or email.
2. Choose your preferred payment method:
Cash on Delivery (COD) – Only within Sri Lanka
Bank Transfer (To provided details)
Card Payment via secure third-party gateways
3. We reserve the right to verify payment before processing orders.
4. Once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation and estimated delivery timeline. Our team may follow up via WhatsApp or email for any clarification.
3. Payment Terms
COD: You pay when your order arrives. Please ensure someone is present to make payment.
Bank Transfer: Full payment must be made before dispatch. Please include your name or order number in the transfer reference and WhatsApp to 0777334099 or email a screenshot to info@marawacinnamon.com.
Card Payments: Processed securely through payment gateway. Marawa does not retain any card data, it is handled exclusively by the payment provider.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within Sri Lanka and internationally.
Standard delivery timelines apply (e.g., 3–7 days domestic; 7–21 days international — subject to customs clearance).
You will receive shipment tracking details via WhatsApp or Email.
In case of failed delivery attempts, additional shipping or warehousing fees may apply.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to food safety reasons, all cinnamon and related products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
To request a refund or replacement, contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order, with photos and order details to our WhatsApp or via Email.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method (excluding any transaction fees), within 7–14 business days.
COD refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credits.
6. Product Descriptions & Use
We strive to provide accurate images, descriptions, and health benefits, but actual products may vary slightly.
Cinnamon and herbal wellness products are not medical products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease.
By using our products, you agree to follow general safety guidelines. Consult a doctor if pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or allergic.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on www.marawacinnamon.com — text, images, logos, designs — is owned by Marawa or used with permission.
You may not copy, distribute, adapt, or repost any content without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Marawa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (“lost profits,” “loss of business,” etc.), even if advised of such possibility.
Our total liability for any claim arising from use of our site or products is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) involved.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with updated effective dates. Continued use implies acceptance.
